Major Richard Catlin III, PhD
Major Richard Catlin is a disabled warzone veteran and decorated officer with extensive expertise in cyberspace operations, compliance frameworks, and threat intelligence. Currently serving as a Project Manager & Space Domain SME with the U.S. Air Force, Richard also holds a PhD in Geography, an MS in Cybersecurity Technology, and a Master of MIS in IT Auditing. Certified in CISSP, CompTIA CySA+, Security+, Project+, and more, Richard leads Veteran Strategic’s technical assessments and compliance strategies, delivering military-grade rigor to every engagement.


Jeremy Davis
Jeremy Davis is an Army veteran and accomplished operator with a career spanning project management, agile coaching, and strategic operations. After serving in the Army, he built a career helping businesses scale as a Fractional COO, specializing in efficiency, agility, and operational success. At Veteran Strategic, Jeremy drives operations, client engagement, and strategic execution, ensuring every assessment delivers not just findings, but a clear plan forward.
